Humanistic and fading brushes for Fresco

Is there any place where I can get brushes to draw a person? like hair, eyelashes, fabric textures. Also what about brushes that could actually fade?

As Sjanni said, go to Discover new brushes, Kyle Webster has a vast library of various brushes, some might be what you need. Not only that, there's a ton of people who sell brushes or have brushes available. Best bet aside from discovering what brushes are in the Adobe libraries, is to google Photoshop brushes

Your best option for brushes if you haven't already would be to tap on the plus at the bottom of the pixel brushes, then select Discover new brushes. This opens a large selection of options to choose from.

You could also try to create your own custom brushes.
