I am facing a problem where my fresco files are converting the project layers into Photoshop layers but the previous files are opening just fine

My fresco animation files are being converted to Photoshop layers. The vector layer disappears after I close my fresco file and open it again and is converted to ps layer but I have not made any changes and currently my laptop does not even have Photoshop installed
