I can't add brushes in Adobe Fresco on Windows.

I've tried everything to try to add the brushes. From discovering new brushes to adding brushes from files. I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled it. I've done what they say on the official Adobe website to fix the problem, but nothing works.
Whatever I do, it just keeps thinking about adding brushes for two hours and doesn't download anything. And if I download them from the official Adobe website, it says they weren't found or an error occurred.
In short, I've been trying to fix it for three days and do everything.
Creative Cloud is available with storage and synchronization, and I don't know what else to do.
And I've read many people on other forums that the exact same thing is happening to them.

I have the same problem on Windows. I'm trying to download it. Did you find any solutions, or do you still have the problem?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having similar trouble with Fresco. Would you mind trying to download the brush pack manually (https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop-brushes.html#!&from_ims=true&old_hash=&api=authorize) and then importing it in Fresco to see if it helps?

@patricia_4341  were you ever able to find a solution for this? I was having the exact same issue...
