I can't find "paint-inside" feature on fresco

Although it shown that i have updated the app to the lastest version 4.7.1. I cannot find the feature "paint-inside". I have done researches and watched dozen tutorials but none of them show my problem. Please I need some help!

    It's iPad only feature for now.
