I can't log in because the ipad says the iPad are disabled?!

I can’t log in with my credentials in any way because the ipad asks for COOKIES not being enabled, wtf is that about?! I ahve a few drawings I would like to access please.

    I’m sorry to hear about your experience. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly confirm the versions of the OS/Illustrator installed and a brief screen recording/screenshot of the problem so we can investigate further.
