Same problem, Hours of work gone in a second. Nowhere to be found. Truth to be told, Fresco kicked me out several times somehow. Whoop, program/app gone, had to open it again. Update ok, storage ok. Quite anoying. It was one of the better projects. Just an empty template

If your files aren’t showing in the cloud after signing back in, try signing out and back in again, check that you’re using the correct Adobe ID, and ensure your internet connection is stable. If they still don’t appear, contact Adobe Support quickly, as they may be able to restore your lost files from their servers.

Hello @pauline_3648,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you check if your files are still available at the Files portal (https://adobe.ly/49YFeLN) and download the document from there to see if it helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I'm working on a project on Fresco, but fresco signed me out of my account and then when I signed in, all my fresco projects disappeared. It's only showing projects on my cloud that were made on photoshop. can someone assist me with this?

Hi @rn_0137,

I know how worrying it must feel to open Fresco and suddenly not see your projects. Can you please check if your files appear when you log in here: https://adobe.ly/44QDOQw? Sometimes they may still be available in your Creative Cloud even if they don't show directly in the app. If they're not there, could you let me know the device and operating system you're using, along with your Fresco version? Also, if possible, share a short screen recording of what you see after signing back in, so I can look into this further with the team.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

I am facing the same issue. About 10-15 of the artworks I had made on Adobe Fresco are missing.

I was working on my iPad. They all had a green tick indicating that they were synced

Also just had this issue. All my fresco projects were deleted even though I still have 2.5 gigs left of space. Fresco was synced and there was no indication of any syncing issues. When I check my cloud storage on browser it says my storage is still the same from when my fresco projects were syncing, but they are no where to be found. Currently, All I have on my cloud is 191 photos in light room and some brushes I downloaded. There is no way that equates to 18g of use. Adobe customer support was not very helpful only suggesting to check if I mistakenly signed in with another account or to check my cloud storage. yet there is no way for me to see a detailed breakdown of my storage use. I find this frustrating and corrupt to force people to upgrade their monthly subscription for more storage space without understanding what storage is being allocated for what file types or you be at risk of syncing and deletion. And apparently even if you do upgrade up to their "premium" options there is no guarantee that your files are safe. Please see my warning adobe has abandoned the creative community that made them what they are. They would rather exploit and sell us broken, expensive products. I have been in the transition to be able to do all my work without adobe. I've been using procreate for years without any issues and highly recommend them as a company that stand with artists to make the best products they can. If you do use adobe make sure you save your work to multiple locations through out your project. If this has happened to so many of us it can happen to you too.

Hi All,

I understand the frustration you're facing due to the issues with your files missing in Adobe Fresco. Losing hours of work can indeed be disheartening, but rest assured, I'm here to provide assistance.

I've conducted a thorough review of the @Farshad_Shadpour account using the email ID associated with the community. As of now, your storage usage is well within the 20 GB quota, with 0 GB utilized. To further troubleshoot, would you mind logging in with a different email if you have any, as there is a possibility you were using a different account and letting me know the outcome? Additionally, would you mind confirming if you recently reinstalled the app?

Turning to @Anisha3180842515hb, I've examined your account details as well. It appears you've utilized 9.053 GB out of the available 9 GB. To address this storage constraint, I recommend considering either purchasing additional storage or efficiently managing the current storage by removing unnecessary artwork. This will not only enable you to save new files but also prevent data loss that could result from exceeding your storage limit. Taking these steps may help alleviate the issues you're encountering. Moreover, I noticed you've used multiple login options like Facebook, Apple, and Google, I recommend logging out and signing in using each one until you locate your files. This might help resolve the issue you're facing.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Thanks for the reply, I had a long chat session with several agent from adobe support, and I followed all recommandations from them, but it was unsuccessful. They finally told me that there s no way to recover files. what ever, I gave up, I have deleted my account from adobe, and I do not intend to buy anything from adobe.
It is unacceptable that a software has such critical issues. It could simply save the file on my laptop when my storge is full or 0 or what ever, or at least warn me when I want to save a file.

Can you imagine around 10 recent file has lost (not huge files), while there was only a few old files on my list which were very small in size. Just some sample files which I don't need them.
