I have photoshop and lightroom, but ipad prompts Fresco subscription

I purchased a plan for Lightroom + Photoshop. Lightroom seems to work just fine on my iPad. However when logging in for photoshop, it prompts Fresco subscription. Is that purchase required for Photoshop on iPad?

Would you mind trying to sign out of Photoshop and then signing back in using the account you've purchased the subscription with to see if it helps resolve the problem?
