I need a link to older versions of Fresco

Strokes start with a straight line, every time I try to draw I can't make a circle without a straight line drawn first. I am not the only one having problems with this, other people have asked for help in  Adobe Community but couldn't get a solution. The only way to fix this is to use older versions.

I had been using version 5.0.1 and it worked just fine, but a few days ago it automatically uploaded to version 5.5.5 and right now the “view other versions” option is no longer available in the Creative Cloud desktop. I've already uploaded the NVIDIA and XP Pen's drivers and nothing changed. Fresco is now completely useless to me, which is a huge problem since I have work to do...

If it's of any help, I use the XP Pen artist 12 pro and have windows 11.

IF ANYONE COULD PROVIDE A LINK TO THE 5.0.1 VERSION OF FRESCO I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

Thank you for sharing these details, and I understand how disruptive this can be, especially with time-sensitive work. It is no longer possible to access version 5.0.1 through Creative Cloud. However, we can work to troubleshoot and see if we can help resolve the straight-line stroke issue in the latest version.

 

Here are a few steps to try:

1. Try lowering the smoothing setting in Brush Settings in Fresco, as this might reduce the straight-line behavior.

2. Disable Windows Ink under your pen settings in Windows, as it sometimes affects tablet performance.

3. Confirm that your XP Pen driver is the latest available, and consider resetting the pen settings (if possible).

 

To assist further, could you share:

• A screen recording showing the issue from scratch so we can observe the behavior directly.

• Your system specs, including CPU, RAM, GPU, and exact XP Pen model and driver version.

 

With this information, we can check with the product team to address the issue effectively.

Thank you so much for your help! I tried disabling windows ink and it worked, the only downside is that now I can't scroll down with my pen but I can use my mouse's skroll weel.
