Never mind. It appears as though I have to quite Fresco and reopen it for brushes to appear. I have them!

 

Nowhere in any google search answers did it tell me to do that

Hello Marjorie!
Can you share a screenshot of the brushes selecton panel?
Notably the libraries within the  all tab of the list

the brushes should be saved as a libraries (so check that if it's not done already), and then once inside a library, scroll down in the list after the bar that says "library". They should be sorted in albabetical order.

    That was QUIT Fresco.
