Install Fresco for multiple users on the same PC

Hi,

at school we have PCs where students can log in using their credentials so every student has its own user account on specific computer. We deployed Adobe CC All Apps on these machines and everything works fine except Fresco - because it is so called UWP app it installs in user context, not system context = app is only available to the user who installed the app, typically administrator. Is there really no way how we can make Fresco available to students like all other CC apps?
