I subscribe to the basic $9.99/month Photoshop plan. When I open the app settings for Fresco in the account section there is button so I can upgrade for all the premium features. I thought I had access to all the premium features since I subscribe to the Photoshop plan. I'm confused.

Agreed, this page suggests you should be receiving the premium version.

Did you have Fresco installed before you purchased Photoshop?

If you do try to upgrade are you being asked to pay extra?

I figured it out. I have the Photography plan not the Photoshop Single App plan.
