Is animating better in fresco or adobe animate?
I try to animate in fresco, I’m pretty bad at it and I’m wondering if adobe animate would be better for a beginner.

It depends on what you want to make! Fresco is a drawing/painting app with basic motion tools: frame-by-frame or motion-path animation with onion skin, exported as GIF, MP4, transparent video, or PNG sequence. Great for bringing your drawings to life simply.
Adobe Animate is the dedicated animation tool: a real timeline with frames, keyframes, and tweens for cartoons, banners, games, and web animations. If you want to learn proper animation, it's the better fit — one heads-up though, Adobe notes that Animate is in maintenance mode.

Also — being bad at animation at first is totally normal; Animate won't make it effortless, it just gives you more tools. 🙂
