Is the new update (7.8.1 i believe) bugged? Something is wrong with the Syncing system. My files don’t really sync.

I can’t rename or move my files, old files are amidst the new ones and most don’t have storage description. What can I do to fix this? No matter what I do it reverts. Please help, I’m using an Ipad.

My friend told me he had the same issue last week but he’s since moved to procreate instead.
