It isn't saving clear

Hello! I run a business using adobe fresco. I save all of them as an 8.5 by 11, on the newest ipad pro. But when I save it, in any format such as jpg, pdf, png, etc, it saves blurry and pixelated. I updated the app all the way and the problem is not resolved. I need help resolving it asap.

I think the first thing to check is which tools are you using?
If you're using Vector brushes the pdf should definitely have nice sharp lines.

If you're using Pixel brushes I would expect a bit of edge blur and pixelation.

When you save as 8.5 by 11 are you also checking the Print size information?
Are you saving it at the default 72ppi or increasing that to something higher?
