Keep getting “Not enough storage space” pop up when there is

This has been a persistent issue since I first started using Fresco in 2020. This only happens on larger art files, however it is never true that there isn't enough storage space. I am fully convinced this is a glitch on Fresco's end and it is extremely frustrating to deal with.

I currently have more than 30G of storage on my iPad and over 100G storage in the cloud. I have deleted every single other app, photo, etc off of my device to fix this and it still happens. Often the error will pop up asking me to clear up a certain amount of space, I will dismiss it and it will pop up again shortly asking me to clear up a different amount of space. Clearly there is some other issue that is happening within Fresco. 

This error has been happening for years to the point that there are tons of posts in this community about the issue. These threads will have replies stating the issue has been fixed only for other people to post that they are still having the issue years later. 

Has ANYONE found a work around to this issue? I have a large, important project with a hard deadline and this error is slowing me down considerably.
