Keyboard not working - Fresco

Hi everyone

I got a keyboard for my ipad in order to use the keyboard shortcuts. I believe they were working, but they just stopped I'm not sure if I pressed something wrong or what. Please help. Thanks in advance.

** update, the keyboard DOES work sometimes, it just started working again, fully how do I fix this I am so used to the keyboard shortcuts.
