Keyboard Shortcuts not working

Hi! I use adobe fresco on a desktop computer with a mouse and a computer. I can't seem to get the keyboard shortcuts to work for this application, but they work perfectly fine when using adobe photoshop. I've tried resetting the app, unplugging my keyboard and replugging in. It's a US configured keyboard, so the configuration shouldnt be an issue. Any solutions?

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you confirm the version of the OS/Fresco installed on your device, and if this happens when using a specific keyboard shortcut, so I can better assist you?

Also, try rebooting your computer in Safe Mode (Windows) and the relaunch Fresco and share your observations.
