laptop that supports fresco

Hey guys,

 

Does anyone know if Fresco would be able to be used on the Microsoft surface laptop go 3? I am looking at a new computer to be able to use for this, and it seems to match the criteria, but I would like other opinions to make sure it does before i buy it?
