Large Fresco file not responding or syncing, preventing subsequent files from syncing

I accidentally created a 75.7 MB file and it’s wrecking havoc. File is does not appear in Adobe CC app on iPad or MacBook, and does not appear in Adobe CC Files in web browser.

The large file also can not do the following:

  • rename (can enter new name but does not update)
  • export as PSD (“something went wrong, please try again”)
  • duplicate (“the document could not be duplicated”)
  • make available offline (“the document could not be made available offline”)
  • delete (“the document could not be deleted”)
  • move (displays “document moved” but the file does not move)

 

Files created since the large file do not sync to Adobe CC in any location. They can be deleted, can’t create share links, and can sometimes be opened.

Any chance you can install Fresco on a 2nd device (computer not iPhone or iPad) and see if you can work with the file from there?

Have you tried an uninstall/reinstall? I'm not suggesting you do at this stage just wondering if you have.

I'm on a Macbook - Fresco is not available as a desktop application for Macbook yet. I haven't uninstalled/reinstalled, out of fear that I'll completely lose the files (because I can't see them saved anywhere on the iPad).
