Looking for brush similar to the style of this painting

I want to draw something with the same style as this painting, but I am new to fresco and painting in general so I don't really know what to look for. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you have any additional brushes installed or just the default which came in the download?
I think you might get a similar result with the Cezanne 2 brush in the Painting group.
You sample looks like it has been done with something similar to a painting knife.
I'm not aware of a specific painting knife brush available in or for Fresco as a default.
