Loss of Data / Crash while working - Fresco on Windows

Hola!! ojalá alguien me pueda ayudar.

últimamente he tenido muchos problemas con el programa en ipad, ya que se cierra de manera continua y hoy al terminar una ilustración, el área de trabajo se puso en negro y se congeló la aplicación, al momento de que respondió, volví a la pantalla inicial y no salía mi ilustración 🥲...

chequé en la nube y en efecto, salen las capas como si tuvieran algo, pero no tienen nada, no sé que hacer, me tardé mucho con esa ilustración y estoy que quiero llorar T__T!! alguien sabe a qué se debe? la app está actualizada y mi ipad también :'(...

 

Ojalá alguien me pudiera orientar para poder recuperar mi trabajo.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to revert to an older version of your work (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/open-revert-cloud-document-version.html) and checking if it helps?

 

For the crash, kindly try the following steps and check if it helps:

1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application
2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R
3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch
4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes
5. Launch Fresco

 

Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/repair-apps-and-programs-in-windows-e90eefe4-d0a2-7c1b-d...) and share your observations.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the logs by following the steps shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html), so we can check it with the team.

I see you got a windows computer. Have you tried downloading Fresco on your windows machine and see if you can see your documents here?

 

you can see your docs in the "your files" tab as well (same as on the Ipad)

Have you tried to save it as a .psd (for back up) and make it available offline as well? (again just to be on the safe side)


I think your problem warrants a ticket to Adobe to at least see if they can retrieve your file on their end.

 

You can either report a bug through the app

 

or, more importantly, contact them via the webchat:

and click on that button on the nottom right side of the screen
