Lost all recent files after uninstalling and reinstalling Fresco!

Question

I have been over the limit of the free creative cloud storage.

The initial issue was that 'more fonts' option was greyed out, so I thought it was because I was over the storage limit. So I deleted many files but not yet brought down to the limit. Then I thought I would follow some advice from another thread here and uninstall reinstall the app, to see if the 'more fonts' option would not be greyed out anymore. So the issue was not resolved and they are still greyed out but in addition to that, the files that I recently created have completely disappeared. I can't find them in deleted files and I cannot find them anywhere in the creative cloud app! Please, how can I recover my files? This is a disaster 😞

Update:I addressed the technical support via chat for his issue. They said that the issue was that 1) my subscription has ended ( I was not notified of that) and 2) that I was indeed over the limit. To my question if I purchase more storage, will it restore my lost files, the technical support said "yes you will have more space, would you like me to transfer you to the sales support?" I guess I had no choice but be transferred. The sales support person began immediately trying to sell to me the most expensive plan for all the apps. I said I didn't need all the apps, I just needed Fresco and I needed to restore my files. She started to sell me the most expensive plan for Fresco, I said "but will that restore my files?" To quote her precisely she said "yes you will get more space, would you like me to set this plan up for you?" I told her that she didn't answer my question whether it will restore my files or not. Then she left the conversation without saying anything &#128542;After that, I purchased a bigger plan for just one month, just to try it out and see if it's gonna bring my files back. I received immediately a lot more space but my files are nowhere to be found still! Can someone help me with this or is this a lost irreversible cause that will anger me for a very long time?
