Lost my Fresco Drawing

Hi guys, I lost a very important fresco drawing of my young dauther and tried to solve it within this community by following the sync issues and accessing the "old" cloud documents (https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents)... Nothing helps. The drawing was made on an Apple iPad Pro.

Can somebody please help?

Hi Tom,

 

I can understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially with such an important drawing. I’d like to help you get this sorted out.

 

To get a clearer picture of what might have happened, could you let me know if you were logged out of your Adobe account recently or if you reinstalled the app on your iPad? Additionally, was the drawing created entirely in Adobe Fresco, or was it originally an Adobe Sketch file that you worked on?

 

It would also be helpful if you could confirm the email address associated with your Adobe Fresco account via direct message only so I can check if there’s any data linked to that email.

Hi Anshul Saini, thx a lot for your prompt reply! Indeed it was Adobe Sketch and not Fresco, what I was using... And maybe I also got logged out of my account. Please note that I also might have merged my private account with my business account from adobe, which I am using now.

 

Since, I am not 100% sure, I will send you mulitple mail addresses that I used starting from the one merged from private to business account via direct message.
