Lost sketch files

Question

Hi there, has anyone experienced lost files when Adobe sketch was changed to Fresca?

I had many design sketches created and went to print them the next week. I've followed all the steps of transferring files from sketch to Fresca but there are many that are still missing.

please help, many hours went into them🤦🏻‍♀️

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
