I don't remember I logged in before,but today I found out that there's an account with my name but I don't know where is the account come from.I want to change it but I accidentally click "sign out"and now I can't get my original account back.All my work is gone!What can I do?(I'm Mandarin.)

OMG!!I'm idiot.I found out that the original account is my apple account.Seems like it will create a new account name for me.I'm good!
