Missing files

Hi today I discovered all of my files disappeared. I he only used this account since I get Adobe through school. Can someone please help?

Would you mind checking if your files are still available on the Cloud Documents portal (https://adobe.ly/4bDXNDL)? If yes, try signing out of Fresco, and then signing back in (https://adobe.ly/4bDXCIB) to check if it helps.

Hi @ninette_0729,

 

I understand how concerning it is to lose your files. I checked, and you actually have two profiles associated with the same email:

 

Personal Profile (Apple Login):

Used Storage: ~3MB out of 5GB quota

 

Business Profile (School/Enterprise Login):

Used Storage: ~144MB out of 5GB quota

 

In both cases, the storage usage is very low, which means either your work was not saved or synced to Creative Cloud or any recent changes might not have been backed up.

 

I recommend:

1. Double-check that you’re logged in with the correct email.

2. Try to sign in with both login methods (Apple ID and direct login) to see if your files appear.
