Move files from one folder to another

Used adobe sketch, and now had to go to fresco. So all my files are moved from sketch to fresco and every scetch has it oun folder (in sketch they were all in one folder). So now I have 50 folders!!! and i cannot move a file from one folder to another. Doeas anybody had this problem?

Moving files between folders is tricky, and requires two separate fingers, one to move the file and another to navigate the file tree.
