Move tool like illustrator to create patterns

Hi there,  I'd like to be able to select anything along an edge of my artboard and copy it to the other edge a specific number of pixels away like I do in illustrator.  This way I can be sure to have an accurate repeating edge.  I don't see any way to do this today in fresco.
