My adobe express app is stuck on loading documents

Hello, My adobe express app is stuck on loading documents. I have adobe express app on my iPhone, iOS version 18.3. I tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing cache, but it doesn’t work. Please I need your assistance in getting it fixed.
