My adobe fresco closes itself after just a minut from start. Why this is hapening ?

in general ı have problem about this app. I am using on my pc. first i couldnt draw on a page almoust for an hour .And right now i cant even open the app. Whats hapening is my pc broken or the app ?

      Sorry for the late response. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, please try updating the OS(https://adobe.ly/4yb1Z8t) and Fresco(https://adobe.ly/4AsF229) to the latest version and checking if it helps. Also, try the following steps and share your observations:

      1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application

      2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R

      3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch

      4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes

      5. Launch Fresco

       

      Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4d3Sobh) and check if it helps.

       

      Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4ht8U63). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4yihThB...) and share your observations.

       

      If the issue persists, kindly share the logs by following the steps outlined in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4jlPUsv) so we can review them with the team.

       I restarted Creative Cloud and redownloaded the app, But  i couldn't  change the graphics setting to high performance for Fresco because I couldn't find the app's location in my folder. I had changed the download location in Creative Cloud, but even after deleting and reinstalling the app, it didn't show up in my chosen folder.
