My Fresco file freezes when trying to zoom out and I lose hours of work

My layers are still there but they are now empty. Its like the cloud didn't fully back it up even though I have been very consistent in saving often. The files that didn't get erased are confusing to me as well since they are not the last thing I drew. What the heck! Can I recover my hours of work?

    Is the crash still happening? Also, is this happening while working on a specific file or with all the files?
