My Fresco project is now ready to be merged with Illustrator so I can then install both into A.E.

My Fresco project is now ready to be merged with Illustrator so I can then install both into After Effects so I can turn all of it into an animation vid. Please guide me as to how to do this, thank you for any and all help!! I did ask this months ago but I can't find the original post so I'm asking again.
