My Library not appearing in Shapes Tool in Adobe Fresco

Hi,

I have created a shapes libray on Adobe Capture.. it's synced on Creative Cloud however it's not appearing in the shapes tool in Adobe Fresco.. neither on ipad nor on desktop

Please help.. it's very frustrating... I have tried everyrthing - reinstallingm rebooting everything.
Even the CC libraries are also not showing up in the image tool..
