Name Display for Layers (Feature Request)

Hello. When working with a lot of layers (30-100 plus which is common on larger projects) just having a thumbnail is harder sometimes to navigate. A feature request would be to have just a normal list view that shows name and a small thumbnail like how desktop photoshop does it as an option. Again just to make it easier to navigate bigger projects, especially importing something from photoshop. You could even have the ability to add color to the layers like photoshop as well.
