No pressure sensitivity on Huion Kamvas Pro 20

  1. I have a Huion Kamvas pro 20 tablet
    Pen pressure works fine with Potoshop but is not recognized by Adobe Fresco.
    Drivers are up to date.
    New PC with Win 11
    I tried uninstalling the driver of Huion, unplugged the tablet and reinstalled the driver.
    I have a Kamvas pro 20 tablet

    Obviously I have the latest freshly updated version
    Pressure levels are still not recognized.

Hello @Ardoq,

 

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. We are here to help and would like to suggest trying to install an older version of the Wacom drivers (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. Also, try disabling Windows Ink under the tablet settings and share your observations.

Hallo @Anubhav M ,

I solved the problem: Huion's customer service sent me a link to a new beta version update package, once installed the stylus pressure recognition problem was solved.
Now I have another problem: when I click with the mouse or with the stylus over the ruler the window with the basic shapes doesn't open.
How can I report this bug?
The tablet I use is a Huion Kanvas 20 Pro and it doesn't have a touch screen.
Are there any keyboard commands to invoke the Drawing Aids window?
