No Symmetry tool in precision panel

Does anyone know why the symmetry tool doesn't show up in the Grid>Precision>Symmetry? There's only "snaping", "grids" and "create perspective grid".

I have windows 11 and 5.5.5 Fresco

I understand that this functionality is important to you, and I apologize for its unavailability at this time.
