Not let me open the file suddenly

When I draw a sketch on my iPad, and suddenly it turned off, and when I open it again , it said that the file wasn't a PSD file . What can I do to open the file , cuz the sketch is quit important stuff and I spent more than 3 hours to draw it 🙏

I'm sorry to hear about the sudden crash and the issue with your file. To help you recover your sketch, please share the file with me.

To share the file, please follow these steps:

  • Go to the assets website:  https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents, and select the file you want to share. Change the link access setting. 
  • Ensure "Anyone with the link can view" & "Save a copy is selected."
  • Copy the file link and share it here or via DM with me.
