Not seeing my document in creative cloud

Hi, I created a sketch in Fresco on an ipad and saved in creative Cloud. When I wrote an email from my MAc and tried to attach the sketch I couldn't see it. What did I do wrong? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind confirming how you saved the file to Creative Cloud & in which format? Also, which mail app are you using to send the email?
