Nothing opens.
All my documents load in the Cloud and in the app, but the second I try opening anything it just tells me Fresco can't open the document and that I need to contact support. I had to call off a commission because of this. What’s going on?
EDIT: If I try to create a new document, I get this message: (ErrorCode -2005270523 “HRESULT error: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.”)
Not sure what it means. I have made no changes to my device or app that would have warranted this.
