OK button not working on pop up message.

Hi, I'm trying to work between photoshop and Fresco. I set a do up in Fresco, did some work. Opened it in Photoshop, did some work. Opened it back in Fresco, all good. Got a pop up message saying: 'Your Photoshop layers have been preserved' (then some body copy saying thery are read only) but the blue ok button to the bottom left does not work so the message is stuck on the screen and i can't do any work. Have closed and reopened a few times same thing. My apple pen is charged and working as I use to open the file. it doesnt work with finger touch either. Can anyone help?

Would you mind checking if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents)? If yes, kindly try deleting Fresco, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps. Also, check if the OS installed is up to date (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204).

 

If the issue persists, kindly share more details, like the exact device model, version of OS/Fresco, and a screen recording of the problem (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207935) so that we can check this with the team.
