Hi all,

I'm trying to use Fresco on my ipad. I have the full subscription for Adobe and when I first installed it on my ipad I was having issues, so I uninstalled, made sure I was signed into my adobe account and reinstalled and everything went great and it was working fine. Now a few days later, I opened it and I'm restricted to the free version again, even though it shows that I'm signed into my account. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it. Can someone please help. I have no issues with illustrator or photoshop also installed on this ipad, only Fresco.

Can you go through the app into App Settings > Help > Report a bug and see if the developers can help to work out why you have reverted to free version.
