Out of Storage and No Sync Errors for Adobe Fresco

Dear sir, 

I have upgrade a paid plan to get 100 GB of storage already but when I export document it show that out of storage while I get space 100 GB now. And my Adobe Fresco cannot sync error. Please kindly help and advice me. (I also attached photos.)
