Oversaturation of Color from Fresco to Photoshop

Illustrating in Fresco in RGB, I'm running into a problem where when I open that same file over in Photoshop to prep it for a client, it's significantly more saturated. Monitor is set to Adobe RGB and on iPad the colors look true to the tone I want, but once on the computer change significantly. 

This is concerning because I cannot be sure my client is receiving a file that doesn't look terrible in PSD form. 

Help?
