paint inside

i cannot figure out how to paint inside. i did it before but idk how. i download pics from pinterest to color but its not working. it's turned on and the color margin is all the way up but it's still coloring outside the lines. pls help

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind confirming if the picture you're using is a raster (JPEG/PNG) file or a vector (SVG/Ai)? If it's the former, you might need to first convert your raster images to vector art.
