I reopenend fresco After a few date And strangely asked me for my email And password. Once i opened the app my files were all gone. I ma desperate.

 

Ho riaperto la app fresco dopo qualche giorno e mi ha stranamente chiesto email e password. Una volta aperto i miei file erano tutti spariti. Non posso trovarli da nessuna parte. Sono disperata.

Is there any chance you've got two accounts? Possibly you've created them with one account then recently signed in with a different account?
