[Performance] Export animation as MP4 with loop is not working

Hi!

When I try to export my animation as looped option, exporting it as MP4 file, it simply doesn't work. It only plays once, thats it.

I'm super bummed about it ...when will it be fixed?

I already sent bug report around 2 months ago and they wanted me to send file, which I did. After that is silence.

Even gif did not loop at one point, but now it fine with it.
