[Performance] Fresco on iPad - Send to Illustrator Desktop not working

Fresco (iPad) not sending to Illustrator (Desktop) after installing Ventura OS on desktop. I believe all my Apps are up to date and iPad running latest OS too. Worked seamlessly prior to Ventura...?

Hi @chris sw4175892,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I checked on my end, and I am able to send it to Illustrator Desktop on macOS Ventura from iPadOS 16.1. Would you mind checking & confirming if you are logged in with the same account & profile on your devices and Creative Cloud file sync services are not paused on either of the devices? Also, ensure both devices are connected to the same Wifi.

 

If this doesn't help, I would recommend contacting our teams supports from the admin console. The team here would be able to perform remote troubleshooting and assist you accordingly.

Hi Anshul Saini - Many thanks for your response. I do believe all my log - ins are the same and devices are on the same account. However, I am a technical dinosaur and simply use the devices and Apps as tools. Interestingly I have discovered that the images I have sent from my ipad to my desktop this weekend still fail to appear. However, when I shut down and reboot my desktop and Illustrator they are there! So there is a connection of sorts...

Thanks for sharing the details. It seems there is a sync delay issue between your devices. I would suggest reaching out to our Teams Supports. The team here would be able to perform remote troubleshooting and assist you accordingly.
