[Performance] Fresco on Windows - Touch gestures not working

It's few months from now I'm experiencing troubles with touch gestures while using fresco with the pen.
It's seems that pinch and double touch in general (undo, zoom, rotate, move) stop working for minutes as soon as the pen touches the screen.
Then it would start workng again to stop as I use the pen.
This make working quite impossible!
I've tried uninstall and reinstall Fresco. Didn't change anything.
The problem is getting worse as time goes by and I've tried everything, including updating every graphic or touch driver on my surface book.
Need help!

    Thanks for reaching out. It seems like a driver issue. Would you mind trying the steps suggested in the third-party discussion (https://www.reddit.com/r/Surface/comments/n71uap/surface_pro_6_pen_and_multi_touch_stop_working/)?

    If it doesn't help, would you mind sharing a small recording depicting the problem?
