Personal shape library in CC never launch in Fresco

Hello,
I have made au personal librairy in Adobe Creative Cloud.

In this library i have black and white SVG shapes made in illustrator.

Every thing seems perfect, but when i open the shape panel via the shape tool in Fresco my library never appear.

I only have the 3 standard libraries (Comics, Floral, Typo) and no way to open another one.

What can i do ? Did i miss something ?

The personal library in Fresco seems to have a lot of trouble. It sometimes takes a while for items to appear. Often they don't appear at all.
