Pixel layers changed back to normal please!

I'm sooooo bummed. A project I have been working on for hours fully pixelated after I used the smudge brush. There's really no way to revert back to a non pixel version. I've even tried resizing it and I get nothing. 

Please Adobe can we get an option to revert the pixelize fiasco a lot of people are having issues with?
